Jefferson Brechbühl owns and leads Colby Hill Inn & The Grazing Room, a farm-to-table dining and event destination in Henniker, New Hampshire. He oversees all aspects of operations, including guest services, events, and marketing. Jeff gained event management experience leading a D.C. Main Street organization, handling festivals for up to 10,000 people.

From 2007 to 2015, Jeff held fundraising and operational roles in local and regional non-profits, raising over $14 million. He has international experience, having studied in Ecuador and Brazil, and speaks German, Portuguese, and Spanish, he also conducted research among street children educators for his MA in Applied Anthropology in Rio de Janeiro. Jeff enjoys trail running, bicycling, gardening, and planning family trips with his husband and daughter.
