This is a rescued copy of the paper of the same name, published initially with a copy edit in 2009 on our previous website. Our site went down due to an emergency evacuation from Bolivia to Miami, and the published version was lost. Nevertheless, because of the extreme importance of China-US Climate Change Cooperation both for general interest and for historical context, the public can take a detailed look, particularly into China’s dwarfing role as the climate change giant and the US.
